i used bspsource, which allows to convert bsp to vmf, but also allows extracting assets from it, for that you need to enable this feature in settings first!

how did you seperate the assets from the map itself?

Спасибо, но стоит ли только мне перейти в раздел пропов, как тут же игра вылетает(
