RLE - Resurected Liniu Empire.
Internal conflicts between leaders and the richest citizens caused economic crisis in DLE. Many Legions couldn't fight on their fronts because of lack of equipments and supplies. Major discontent cause a revolution against Leaders. Most Legions join to it and quickly capture strategic points like factories, mines e.t.c. They belive that Leaders "kill" their empire and now it's time for resurection.

Works with Dexious Emera after EXO ERA fractions

Liniu Empire was divided to Resurection Forces (Revolutionists) and Leaders Forces (Loyal to Leaders). The revolution makes huge destruction in Empire but any side of conflict don't want to give up.
Their continous expansion caused some battles between Sava and RLE. Some commanders belive that Sava supports Leaders Forces. If it's true the revolution can turn into huge war.
RLE was always intrested in Vyn's technology. They belived that they can make an union with them. That plan was abandoned after few unsuccesful diplomatic missions. They know that if they want those technology they will have to use force.
They belive that Azulite technology is outdated and weak. Most of RLE strategists can't understand azulites activities. Because of that they are considered as unpredictable and dangerous pests.
Research of Defier Mass has one of the highest priority in RLE. They uses their crystals (They called them D Mass crystal) as sorce of energy. They discovered that they are more efficient than older sorces of energy they know. Main problem is that Defier want take control of crystals and machines which directly using them so using those crystals is dangerous. Their are two sides first which protests against D Mass Crystals and second which belive it's key for better future.

RLE accepted alliance with Avis. They promised that they will defend their colonies. In exchange they get weapons (mostly bombs and missiles). RLE also was allowed to make research on Avis's culture and technology (mostly interested in explosive weapons). Sometimes RLE share with them with their own technology.
RLE commanders admires skills of players. They belive that they can be part of Resurection Liniu Empire. They often allows players to command their units.
