Trajanns Saurus Champions Campaign Caps

Description
Gives the Saurus Champions a campaign cap of 1. You also gain one additional unit per tier 4 saurus warrior building.

Fixed the problem, now it shows the unit cap increase on the building tooltip :)

Sweet - not used the original mod yet but I do like limits on powerful units!
