Step 1: Logo

Download one of three logos to game folder:

Small Logo:

Medium Logo:

Large Logo:

Step 2: Background

Download this image to your game folder:

Step 3:

Open steam library and select DiRT 3 (Complete Edition)
Right click on game title (above play button)
Select "Custom logo"
This will open your files and you can choose whichever image file you want to use
Same steps with Background. Done!
