Adds 46 officer corps spirits for FREE (from vanilla's 75). Generic buffs, situational effects or national flavour spirits for all 3 military branches and the military industry. Suggestions welcome :) See this Discussion for detailed stats.

NOTES/ISSUES :
-no GFX icons :( Im no GFX modder
-dunno if ai use it
-might be unbalanced

Added 12 more spirits.

Made nation-specific spirits visible to all, to improve visibility. Oddly some are still invisible or their effects are not shown in the tooltip window. Spirits have their own code logic for no reason, unlike events.

@Delta its not really a continuation. We most likely share a couple of similar spirits but it was not intentional.

I dont have icons for spirits, because i dont know how to make graphics :(
