Description

I present to you, I-99-47/406 (II-65) series apartment building. These houses were built between 1972 and 1974. In total in Moscow on Vernadsky Prospekt three such experimental houses were built. Architects of these houses: A. Samsonov, A. Bergelson, V. Korkina and others. The developer was MNIITEP. The houses of this series were not widespread due to their high cost, however, the developments were used for the development of the catalog of the P-3, P-4, P-43, P-44 and other buildings of the "P" series, which went into mass construction.

  • Series I-99-47/406 (II-65) has 575 residents, quality housing 86.

Why the lights at night are so weak? The building is almost completly black at night unless you zoom very close.

Looking for drawings, compare with what you need, sometimes the material of the walls is important (brick / panels / blocks / monolith). It is difficult only at first.

interesting, but how to indentify what type of prefab tybe is the building, as a person living in former soviet union, it would be interesting to know about the building there

Three apartments in the outer sections and four apartments in the central sections. The layout is easy to find by the series code.

There are two elevators in each section, passenger and freight-passenger.
