Better Ruination of Cities Spell for Mazdamundi

I present to you the new and improved version of Ruination of Cities.

So what did i change?
First of all, there is only 1 "Wind" (line vortex) instead of 3, but that 1 is thicker and i buffed damage.
Now comes the most important change: You can target the Spell, like Wind of Death, BUT the spell will go into a random direction up to 60° from where you pointed.

That means if you point straight up, it can go somewhere from 60° left of that to 60° right of that. This makes it semi-targetable, but still keeps a part of the randomness it originally had.

Have fun. Also, this mod won't need an update, even if the launcher says it's outdated.
