This mod adds in player origins (or backgrounds), which allow you to start a new player off with different max life, mana, items, or even world changes like a different spawn.
These are all accessible by default through the character creation screen; a little button next to the player name switches the menu to player origin mode.
From then on, choose whichever background you like and enjoy!

There are also a bunch of unlockable origins - play more to discover how to unlock these.

Chinese localization didn't update in latest version mod

im tryna make an angel custom origin. starts with 60 hp and fledging wings (and halo as cosmetic) but i dont know what else to add. ideas?

I apologize, but the bug is back with a vengeance. By itself the mod is fine but I enabled Thorium and then it puts me in the top left again, except you cant open your inventory, settings, map, etc. and you never fall to the ground so you must Alt F4

also the unlock for alternative is broken. its impossible to unlock it. seriously try it, you cant. i MADE a new world and used an origin, no unlock.

honestly just let us click the number and imput it manually. ive tried just giving myself life fruits but it goes from 20 to 46 and its super annoying

When I try to create a Rorin class character, aside from the bug where I appear on the left edge of the map, it doesn't even let me open the settings, the only thing I can do is use Alt+F4

Fun fact - that's vanilla's slider UI, used for things like coloring the player! It sucks a lot! I just haven't wanted to remake it, though I doubt it'd be hard. I can probably do that this weekend, time permitting.
As for the unlockable origins, the GitHub Wiki has all of them & how to unlock them.

one more thing. the hp slider for custom is a bit broken. for example i cant select 60 or 100, it goes to 101 or 62. theres lot of examples but the slider just sucks
