VRMod manual item pickup

Allows you to manually pick up supply items and weapons for maximum immersion.
Disables automatic picking up of items when you walk over them.
Can be toggled on and off with the console command sv_vrmod_manualpickup 1 or 0.

Standing inside a cluster of items will pick all of them up at once. Originally a limitation I couldn't find a workaround for, but now I think it makes picking up alot of items less annoying.

Note: Setting sv_vrmod_manualpickup to 1 will also turn off automatic pickup for desktop mode; If you want to pick up items in desktop mode again, set the command to 0.
