Intro
This guide is to help you get all 11 endings to Space Warlord Organ Trading Simulator (SWOTS). The various endings have no impact on achievements, but its nice to see them all and get that fuzzy feeling inside. If the feeling is not fuzzy, perhaps consider purchasing a new heart or set of lungs? Several reputable traders in your area are happy to supply you with Meat.

All of the endings require following various story assignments. These appear at the top of the assignment list, with a yellow background. After completing enough of the assignments for a particular ending, an assignment will show up with an exclamation point ("!") next to it:

Completing the assignment with the ! will trigger an ending. After you've completed an ending, you'll see the credits roll then return to the main menu. You can then continue your save, so as to get additional endings.

Many (all?) of the assignments are set behind progression gates linked to your Title, which is based off the number of reputation points you have. You can check this in the Personal tab.

IMPORTANT: Two sets of the endings - Zimforth and the Dog Mecha endings - have branching paths. You can't complete both of the paths in the same save. So expect to need a second save file to get the additional two endings. You could also copy your save file at a key point and continue from there, but that's for a different guide.

One other point - I think some of these endings were added in updates to the game. I'm not sure, but I see various numbers floating around on the internet. I wrote most of this (but never finished it) in late 2022 when there were 10. Then came back in 2024, added the 11th ending, and published, even though I still have two endings to write. Apologies. I'll try to finish this at some point, but better partly published than not at all.
Ending 1&2: Zimforth
Ending 1: Zimforth's Obedience and Ending 2: Zimforth Unleashed

This is the first of the branching endings. They start the same, with requests from various Necromancers for body parts so as to resurrect Zimforth. Eventually they branch - one group wants to control Zimforth, and the other wants to get on with the job.

Several of these will require parts of a certain size - usually Gigantic. I have my cargo hold set up with two sets of shiftwux - three on the left, Rare, to increase in size, and three on the right, Mythical,
to decrease in size (Rough/Common/Valuable/Rare shiftwux increase, Mythical decreases). You could do more but it would take up an awkward amount of space.

In this image I am increasing the size of a lung to Gigantic to fulfil a request from the Necromancers.

You can increase/decrease anything in size, including Shards (the only thing you can do to shards, actually).
Ending 3: Mr Bucket

This ending comes along fairly late. You need a reasonable number of reputation points - I think its around 25,000. After that you will start seeing some requests from Mr Bucket.

IMPORTANT: the first few requests show up as regular requests, not as assignment requests. After that they will show up as assignment requests. This is similar to the Star Pope requests.

Fulfil enough of these and Mr Bucket will invite you to travel to a different dimension. It's not a dimension meant for you? Oh well.
Ending 4: Meateor

A heart-warming ending. Deep Dish wants to make organs available to all, but various powers in the universe want to maintain scarcity and profits. He comes up with an elegant solution.

These will all be from someone named "Deep Dish". You should have the last missions available before 8000 reputation points.
Ending 5: Fleshty
Ending 5: Fleshty Himself

Haven't quite written this section... tbd.
Ending 6: Minty

This was the first ending I got. It's simple enough: you accept the offer of help from Minty Mentaur at the start of the game, and he will tell you about how the organ code system works (there's another guide someone wrote that has this information as well). After a little while he will start making requests of you for certain items, and indicates he won't be paying much for them. Complete these (yes, it will be at a loss) and not too long later another assignment will show up from someone offering to kill Minty for you. I think it might take 2-3 assignments from this new character? Not 100% sure.

Anyway, once you see the "!" you'll know you're almost there. Complete the assignment and you'll be rewarded with a delivery of Minty Mentaur in, uh, semi-living painting. Warm!
Ending 7: Teeth

This ending will probably be the last you get. To get this ending, you need to get to the title of "The Top 0.1%". This is shown in the Personal tab (bottom-left). To get to this ranking you need 43,000 reputation points (also on your profile, but also in the top-right).

After this, you'll get some assignments showing up asking for various tasks. As you complete these, you'll also get bombarded with messages about various news items highlighting your misdeeds. Who cares! Caring about that is for people with fewer organs. Eventually, you'll get the final assignment and the ending will reveal the universe's finest subscription service.

This ending is also referred to in this interview: https://www.gamedeveloper.com/design/deep-dive-player-choice-in-space-warlord-organ-trading-simulator-s-ruthlessly-greedy-world
Endings 8&9: Dog Mecha

The second of the branching endings. At some point a dog will show up with a playful request. This is fairly early on but some of the later ones are gated to increasing in rank. You should have them all accessible by about 5000 reputation points.

After helping the dogs a few times, someone else will show up and warn you against helping them, and offer to sabotage the operation. This is the branching path - and be careful to read the assignments or you might not know you have helped to sabotage the mecha. If you've gone down the "sabotage" path, then in the Personal tab you can scroll to see this:

Anyway, sabotage the Mecha and devastate the dream of dogs everywhere. Complete just the dog requests, create fun for all! Whoopsie!!
Ending 10: Flesh Sphere
Ending 10: Flesh Sphere

Uhhhhh I haven't written this section yet, sorry. It's on the list.
Ending 11

This ending was added in the "Omega Update" around June 2023. I don't know what reputation you need for this sorry. Leshy Scrybe shows up and offers to do something about the scammers. As usual, if they need something of a certain size, use the shiftwux technique. If they need something of a certain quality, use the mythical soul technique. After a few requests you get given THE CAMERA.

The next day, a scammer shows up. Give them the item, and take their picture (shoot them). Rinse and repeat a few times. You'll get these traits: Clicked Scammers, Clicked Humanity, Clicked Cultists, Clicked Managers, Clicked Mafia, Clicked Craftsmiths, Clicked Scientists, (several days of nothing), Clicked Presences, Clicked Harvester One. Finally, Leshy Scrybe shows up again. Click.
