I have been proven wrong. I have been stopped at the VERY LAST STEP to getting Kira. Kira does live up to her name as a pirate because SHE TOOK ALL MY MONEY!!!
Will take your word next time and focus on the speed boosts. Fuck me...
One of the most common reasons we see for failure is overgilding. The only way to speed up job promotions is to buy the speed boost; gilding does nothing. And if you gild too much, then you won't earn enough event currency to be able to afford the speed boosts, which means you can't level up the jobs quickly enough before the event ends.
If you spend diamonds (or buy the event starter pack), then of course you're free to gild more, because you end up earning more event currency overall. But our strategy is intended to cover all players, including those that do not do so.
And I gilded my hobbies and jobs. You need to buy expensive gifts, reach job promotions, or reach a certain level in a hobby to achieve that.
Is this just your strategy or does everyone think this is the best strat?
