VRMod Object Weight

Rudimentary simulation of an object's weight when you pick it up in VR.
Slows down your hand movements depending on the weight of the object you're holding.
heavier objects will make your hands move slower, lighter ones have little effect.
current issues:
- always affects both hands, regardless of which hand you pick up with
- technically not *true* weight - it doesn't drag your hands downwards, it only makes moving objects more sluggish
