I know i am posting this pretty late but it would be quite helpful if you could put a summary where each nations' strengths and weaknesses + potential strategies/playing styles would best support it, along with strongest to weakest ship type/s.

Regarding land expansion or conquest that should be up for the players, but some initial recommended regions could be highlighted.

The difficulty only gives AI more income to spend, so they can outnumber you more.

So, what about legendary values? Tried a game as Japan on legendary and strangely the transport values seem to always be negative. [there was a war with China for several months... transport rate got shifted around a bit...]. But the values have not reset properly... ofc, being Legendary, I don't quite understand what changes in that mode vs Normal... Advice would be good.
