Report a translation problem
The game received a major update prior to summer 2023, in which all caveats from crystal removal were... Removed. Lol. So you can take crystals out of your gear, freely, and they remain the same as when they were slotted in.
Still annoying though. Shouldn't have to go through separate menus to remove or set crystals into weapons and armor. Shouldn't have to confirm each crystal, too.
For me, the crystal mechanic is a bit confusing and while you can forgoe using it to finish the game, i feel id be a shame not to and so this will help me immensely when trying to use the system.

There is one question left for which I did not find an answer : from what I read I would be inclined to say that using the auto-combine feature is never recommended, as it can mess up some size one crystals that you'd need to keep for your best crystals. Do you agree? I think it is worth adding in the guide :)
To make it so painful but still have a limited crystal inventory is just weird.
Anyway, guide is very helpful.
