Spanish Flat #2

I wanted to build a city inspired by Palma de Mallorca and Barcelona, but couldn't find buildings that perfectly matched what I wanted. So I made these flats. They are high residential growables and can be recolored with Repaint.

This asset is actually a combination of three flats all in the same style. Each has the same facade but is arranged at different angles. The angles in this pack are 90, 45, and 180 (straight). 10, 20, 30, 45, 90, and 180 (straight). For extra pizzazz I suggest using Raccoon's retail fronts and the Move It mod to place little stores at the base of the flats.

Make sure to subscribe to the Spanish balcony prop listed to the right for the buildings to appear as they do in the screenshots.

All the shutters are pull down on the building I copied this from, yeah.

Always welcome to see more iberian buildings. But are there no windows? Or are all the shutters pulled down?
