THIS WAS MADE FOR THE SAILOR ZOEY BEAUTIFUL HAIR MOD!

This is a late late update for the Sailor Zoey Beautiful Hair mod I worked on in 2022. It works with SYS so you can set that up and re-roll the RNG as many times as you like until you have the hair color you prefer.
