"Imagine a GTA Vice City in Cruelty Squad Level where you kill a drug lord, or some weapon smuggler, or just some bizarre reason you would want to take out a hit of on Somebody, you steal coke *spoiler* at the end of vice city. If anyone wants to model the most interesting levels and needs artwork I'll be glad to do the Artwork for that, would want to make a Vice City Campaign in Cruelty squad, remade in a sense
