Also, this mod is one of my favourites. Been using it for a long time.
though there is another semi-recent method which involves extracting the .res files into a separate folder and changing the gameinfo.txt or something like that, so that you can reload the hud directly in-game:

but i have an .exe shortcut with "-novid +map quick" as the launch parameters which loads me directly into my quick.bsp map that i made for testing purposes. jumping in and out of the game this way is fairly fast, at least for me, and i'm so used to doing this so it really isn't a problem for me.
You use any method to test the HUD outside the game instead of joining the game over and over to see the changes? xD
Other than that, awesome HUD!
This is a really cool-looking hud overall though, will def be using this for a bit
