Jump on panel number 1. It will take you to panels 2 and 3. Jump as soon as you land on the panel, or else you'll fall.

Psst... here's a secret.

You don't have to jump on the panels in order! you can reach panel number 6 in IceCap on foot and jump from it...
...
Though it be quicker just to just the slope of the mountain to spin dash launch yourself up to reach the tunnel of limestone cave entrance.

I was so excited when I played Sonic Generations 3DS and jumped on panel number one. It also took me to panels two and three! I had to jump as soon as I landed on the panel or else I'd fall.
