CS:S UMP45 over MP5

replaces & rebalances the MP5 SMG more accurately toward the UMP45 SMG
did this bc the original MP5 has no reason to be taking up a perfectly good SMG slot

new stats if you're curious:

damage: 38
firerate: 650RPM (0.0925 cycletime)
rangemod: 0.9
overall DPS: 410
some other stats: you can probably eyeball it

for reference, the other two SMGs have 20/25 dmg per shot at 960rpm, with 320/400 dps each
