Description
A Celidanian protected cruiser specially designed for operating in the Intermarium as a heavier convoy cruiser for defending against commerce raiding. It is based on the WW1 French Dupleix and Admiral Charner class cruisers.
Credit to CowSoCool37 as I am using many of his decorations to match his faction aesthetic.
