The Bio-Weapon is a difficult but manageable means of cleansing the Continents of all of humanity but requires an aggressive approach if you want a guaranteed win and that's just what this guide provides. As always it has been thoroughly tested (even in Egypt which didn't turn out as well as I thought it would have nor China thus my usual starting spot) and if followed exactly as I have it described and not letting a bubble miss your mouse click you too will win!

Shall we begin?

After trying numerous combinations of Gene's including Catalytic Switch I found my usual fall back which managed win after win after repeated tests without fail.

• ATP Boost
  
  • ATP Boost provides the necessary head start needed to make the Bio-Weapon aggressive so that you can win.
• Genetic Mimic
  
  • A gene that makes it harder to cure disease.
• Aquacyte
  
  • With the strategy we're using Greenland is no issue but we have this Gene helping us with the troublesome Greenland & Iceland.
• Urbophile
  
  • Once again Urban areas tend to spread slowly and with the clock ticking and the cure progressing and the Bio-Weapon killing people off on it's own we need to keep it aggressively seeking out new hosts.
• Patho-Stasis
  
  • I can't stress how important this gene is as we'll spend a majority of the game in the Abilities tab when not on World Map.

I've experimented a lot with this and was surprised at the results and inconsistency until I returned to the all powerful Ground Zero Saudi Arabia! Want to win, be sure to start here.

The Bio-Weapon wants to spread so unlike Fungus that requires a ridiculous amount of work to infect other Countries what we need isn't just Infectivity but also the bonus from Severity. This start-up will come in useful early and late game!

• Coughing
  
• Pneumonia
  
  • This is useful for cold weather and remember we need infection to out pace the Bio-Weapons natural lethality.
• Sneezing
  
• Cysts
  
• Hyper Sensitivity
  
  • Like we did with pneumonia we want this symptom to pace in wealthier areas.
• Abscesses
  
• Nausea
  
• Rash
  
  • These last two will help here early game but will play an important role late game to keep infection increasing while Bio-Weapon picks up speed killing off the infected so we don't lose by killing off all those carrying the pathogen before everyone is infected.

We're going to keep this simple and focus on moving the virus and hitting Island Countries with no need to waste DNA further.

• Water 2

We've been busy and the Bio-Weapon has taken advantage and gone behind our back eager to kill those it's infected but that's just part of it's programming. We need to sort this out before it get's out of control and we see more deaths per second than newly infected.

We're now going to spend a good deal of time in the Abilities tab and it's important to move quick and follow the steps!

• Gene Compression 1
  
  • Reduces the Bio-Weapons lethal genes chances of leaking out to further infected for a period of time.
• Deactivate Modified Genes 1
  
  • Further reduces just how lethal the Bio-Weapon's genes are by disabling the toxic genes killing off our hosts too early!
• Nucleic Acid Neutralization 1
  
  • Reset's the lethal potential of the Bio-Weapon for a time.

(Note: We timed this just right and with this combination significantly halted the snow ball of death that leaks from the Bio-Weapon earlier than we'd like)

Let's continue and focus on strengthening the Bio-Weapon

• Cold Resistance 1
  
• Cold Resistance 2
  
  • We want to deal with NA, Greenland, Iceland, and Norther Europe quickly
• Heat Resistance 1
  
  • Only need the one for he job to get done and still have the right amount of DNA while spreading to the surrounding areas quickly which is why we go with this before Drug Resistance.
• Drug Resistance 1
  
• Drug Resistance 2
  
  • This will help with NA and Wealthy Countries that have a false sense of superiority with modern medicine
• Genetic Hardening 1
  
• Genetic Hardening 2
  
  • Want to purchase these before our Patho-Stasis fails it's job and the cost of DNA skyrockets. This should slow the cure to a speed we can manage comfortably.

About now the world should be coming together to try and put the Beast to bed but our Genetic Hardening should have done the trick. It's time we focus on the Beasts ability to kill it's flock too early.

  • It wasn't killing off humans fast enough for us to worry about it but we want that Annihilate Gene ready. Make sure you have enough DNA when the time comes but in the meantime.
• Genetic Reshuffle 1
  
• Genetic Reshuffle 2
  
  • Only do Genetic Reshuffle 3 if you still have DNA coming in and you're confident you'll have enough DNA for Annihilate Gene when the time comes. If you're unsure then DO NOT USE Genetic Reshuffle 3 as it's not needed to win but may help you score 4 out of 5 which always makes me feel better than 3 out of 5

Our Bio-Weapon has infiltrated all the remaining living souls and now it's time we unleash the hell hounds!

• Unlock Annihilate Gene
  
  • This will quickly kill off the rest of humanity and while doing so your DNA should be rising in numbers. We shall use that!

With humanity dying off we can see our DNA count rising. Be sure to grab Genetic Reshuffle 3 (from Abilities if you didn't before) and then the following (whatever you can grab before you win).

• Paralysis
  
• Coma
  
• Insomnia
  
• Paranoia
  
• Seizures
  
• Insanity

You may or may not have enough DNA for all but Coma and Seizures are our main goals here but they all work together to bring the cure progress down further (again, not required but I still prefer 4/5 than 3/5 score. Up to you!).

I hope you found my guide to be easy to follow, somewhat easy to understand, and of course yet another Mega Brutal Victory!
