The inspire buff will get you killed, as inspire tends to.
Armor, health, and regeneration increase can ruin other peoples builds and setups.
The concealment buff is dumb and shouldn't be planned around.

Don't spray, use bursts. the CR805s are inherently hard to keep up ammo with so the gen21 is a fallback, preferably don't waste your CR805 ammo but its there if you need it

anarchist ICTV is usually not a good idea, but in this specific case where lust for life is being activated so frequently and spawn locations are being slowed constantly, this is an exception to that. While you would usually you would never be able to make use of the higher armor cap so you would always run two piece to just gate, if lust for life is being activated frequently enough you can make use of it. I understand that anarchist ICTV is usually a big red flag, but this is one of the very very few cases where it can keep you alive instead of just wasting your armor gating ability.

Shoot the gas grenades at the ceilings of rooms and at walls right above player height to not block your teammates, you can spawn camp out of sight spawns and lock them in there as they will never gain an objective besides looping the vomit animation. The constant damage over time youll get assuming you are playing it correctly will give you continuous armor from the lust for life perk.

Start every peak by spraying the grim, then switch to VDs to finish all the enemies off. If you come in contact with a dozer youl'l be able to melt it near instantly with the VDs. Your armor will constantly be filling due to the DOT so you can play quite aggressively.

Sociopaths health gain isnt even necessary for this build with how easy it is to just kill everything and get armor constantly, but it does give a buffer if you mess up. Repeater for everything that isn't a dozer, krinkov mostly for dozers. Build works significantly better if you learn to hip fire the repeater. The repeater scope is painful to use and the iron sights are crud. suppressor buffs aren't necessary and put you below the 255 break point for heavy swat one taps.

Kingpin makes you nearly unkillable and crits work with flamethrowers. get hit once, wait 6 seconds for unseen strike to activate, use your injector, and go wild on the cops. You should be able to get the majority of your cool down back after a few seconds if not, use your primary to help reduce the cool down and repeat. You should be able to completely clear the map if you use your primary on dozers, just watch out for cloakers, tazers, and green dozers as they can outright stop kingpin.

Separate note, payday 2 flamethrowers are hit scan with a set rpm. As it is hit scan it can take advantage of bullseye so try to hit a single head shot and then let the enemy burn. Fire contact damage is terrible but after burn does a large amount, they cannot happen at the same time so the low contact damage overrides the high after burn damage if you continue to shoot the enemy
