Гру́ппа Ва́гнера (ЧВК «Вагнер») (англ. Wagner Group) — российское негосударственное вооружённое формирование (частная военная компания, ЧВК) с неясным правовым статусом, созданное и подконтрольное российскому предпринимателю Евгению Пригожину.

С 2014 года группа действовала на территории Украины, а затем — Сирии. Группа имеет на вооружении тяжёлую технику, артиллерию и военную авиацию.

ООН и Франция обвиняют наёмников Вагнера в изнасилованиях и грабежах в ЦАР. Европейский Союз и ряд других стран ввели против ЧВК санкции, обвинив группу в подрыве территориальной целостности и суверенитета Украины, дестабилизации ситуации в Сирии и Ливии, а также грубых нарушениях прав человека.

The Wagner Group (Wagner PMC) is a Russian non—state armed formation (private military company, PMC) with an unclear legal status, created and controlled by Russian entrepreneur Yevgeny Prigozhin.

Since 2014, the group has operated on the territory of Ukraine, and then in Syria. The Group is armed with heavy equipment, artillery and military aircraft.

The UN and France accuse Wagner's mercenaries of rapes and robberies in the CAR. The European Union and a number of other countries have imposed sanctions against the PMCs, accusing the group of undermining the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine, destabilizing the situation in Syria and Libya, as well as gross violations of human rights.
