This asset is based on a span connecting two buildings on the Eastman Kodak company[www.kodak.com] campus in Rochester NY. More buildings from this campus will be released in February.

Unique Building, subscribe to "Not So Unique Buildings" mod by Bloody Penguin if you want to use the asset multiple times on your map.

Main Model => Tris: 726; Textures: 512x1024 _d, _i, _n, _s, _a
LOD => Tris: 32; Textures: 64x64 _d, _i, _s, _a
Renaming the asset will remove the mesh garage door.

If you desire to do so It should probably be possible to run a small road or alleyway under this building with the proper mods. But I am not providing any instruction on this approach so please don't request solutions from me in the comments. My intention for the asset is a garage access point between two buildings.
