TEB Southern Realms - Submod for Damned Nations

Description
This is a submod for Cataph's TEB Southern Realms faction mod to balance it for The Duke's Damned Nations overhaul.

Requires:
Mixu's Unlocker
TEB South Realms
Damned Nations

Submod created by The Duke. I'm maintaining it.

Thanks to Cataph for his excellent mod and The Duke for doing the initial work on this submod.

Yeah, I think I have a fix that I'll upload later today and see if I can do a review of all the additions this weekend. He's been active lately.

Cheers Decado, sadly cataph's update has made this CTD on launch. Crashlog is as follows:

The following mods cause a crash to the Database: lak_teb3.pack
The first invalid database record is teb_billmen_contact in table
unit_set_special_ability_phase_junctions_tables
and pack file lak_teb3.pack

Another bug found - Lorenzo Lupo's special skill line has no effects, just descriptions.
