An experiment of mine
The goal of this mod is to integrate research and progression more directly into resource gathering, requiring you to gather relevent materials to unlock research instead of just making a quick hop into town.

Currently the progression only goes up to the point of crafting your first generator.
This changes the recipes of things like metal plates, steel, building materials, along with adding new items and recipes.

I played through the progression myself to get a good feel for it, but be sure to leave a comment if something is too hard, or I missed an important part of progression.
