Our main character - Dr. Livesey uses 2 pistols, releasing 2 shells each.


Jimmy Gokins, has 6 guns with him, simply put, this is our shotgun!


Squire Trelawney throws bombs at enemies.


You will notice at certain times a rush in the music as well as a change in the visual appearance of the game during which you get an extreme buff to both attack/speed.

Buffs are divided into 3 types:

• A red buff increases the speed of Livesey's attack
  
• Yellowish buff, which multiplies the amount of shots done by Jimmy Gokins
  
• Purple buff increases damage and the number of bombs that Squire Trelawney fires

The law of the game - do not stand still
You need to be on the move all the time!
The AI of pirates is designed so that they shoot where you stand. Knowing this you can just go around in circles and kill 90% of the pirates, leaving only a small group that attacks up close.
For us, the most difficult thing is enemy bombs and ammunition, so we kill shooters first. When you have killed all the long-range units, switch to the remaining 10% of the short-range pirates (since we are constantly running, they will not be able to cause damage to us).

• Items are used independently and attack the enemy: a broom, an ax, a stone, a shovel, stakes, a knife, and much more. All items drop from enemies, but you cannot use them manually.

• If an object can be used (a shovel or a broom for example), then it will be used after a while.
  In total, you can collect 16 pieces of the same type
  Common and rare items drop from pirates
  Legendary items drop only from bosses

• Items sometimes drop out with green pluses - that means they heal.

Slightly increases your speed on land

Slightly increases your speed in water

Gives you 2 hearts after a while

The more you collect them, the more often a flower that restores 1 heart will drop out.

The more you collect them, the more often the leaves that restore 3-4 hearts will fall out

The more you collect them, the more often the meat that restores 2-3 hearts will fall out

Throws axes at enemies

Throws a stone, dealing damage

Throwing deals damage

Flies for a few seconds, dealing damage

Livesey throws it, dealing damage

The helm flies in a straight line and deals damage

Some of the pirates that appear die

Immobilizes a small number of pirates when they appear

Slightly increases the speed of movement in the water

The more rum you collect, the more often rum that restores 5-6 hearts will drop out

This necklace slightly increases the drop rate of rare and legendary items from slain pirates.

As long as a picture flaunts on your screen that interferes with your view, it blocks all damage that is inflicted on you

Briefly immobilizes one enemy

Stabilizes (immobilizes) enemies for a few seconds

Immobilizes, like the megaphone, but a larger number of pirates

Fires several powerful projectiles that deal damage in an area

Increases damage, rate of fire. Bullets are replaced from blue to gold

Kills pirates with 1 blow if they come close to you. Deals a lot of damage to bosses as well, but does not 1 shot them!

Above the pirates shows what will fall out after their death (Extends to bosses as well)

When you get the golden apple, you won't see the result right away! With a small chance, a heart of gold (or half) can fall from enemies. If your health is full then you will be credited with additional hearts, if you are not full health then it will be restored (about 6 hearts)
1 golden apple - maximum 2 additional hearts
2 golden apples - maximum 5 additional hearts

Significantly increases your rate of fire.

• Black Dog the Pirate always comes first, but then the level and boss you get next appears to be randomized. Due to this, after killing the first boss, the location changes and you could be killing the same boss twice in a row.

• First boss: Black Dog the Pirate. Location is indicated by a drum and barrel organ in the center of the room.
  
  When he closes himself with a cloak, do not shoot at him, otherwise he will heal. While he restores health, use this time to clear the room of pirates.
  
  Attacks used:
  Restoration of health with cloak on
  Normal attack - Demolishes 3 hearts
  Special Attack (Superman Move Flying at you) - Demolishes 5 Hearts
  

• The second boss: Blind Pew - Location is indicated by beach with rocks around, there are a lot of graves with crosses in the room.
  
  There are always a lot of pirates with him! He is small, not only will you not see him due to height, but you will also not find him in the huge crowd of pirates! Pay attention to his life bar because he has a regeneration time period, and if you attack it at this point, you can forget about the damage done to him earlier.
  Attacks used:
  Will throw a bombardment of improved bombs.
  !!!Beware Restoration of health!!! (Do not attack him at this time or you will regret it!)

This is the only Boss fight where you need to change the tactics of fighting:
you do not want to walk around the whole room kiting the enemies like our usual strategy, but around Pugh, ignoring the pirates and kill him as fast as possible. Pay close attention to the regeneration! Otherwise, he cannot be defeated.

Also, while you're clearing the entire map, you don't have to pick up the consumables that cause damage and before you go kill him collect them to take him out quickly.

• The third boss: A lot of Pirates.
  
  Average amount of health, No special attacks, Very large model.
  Attacks used:
  Will move on you to engage in close combat
  Will shoot at you with pistols
  Will throw improved bombs at you
  
  
  Defeating them easy, as you can hide on the platform and they won't be able to get through to you because of the texture. In the end, when they have 10 percent of their health left, they start throwing very dangerous grenades, I had to dodge left and right, since one of these removed almost all of their health.

• The fourth boss: Giant Pirate Drunkard.
  
  Lots of health, No regeneration, pirates constantly spawn.
  Attacks used:
  Spin move (Easy to dodge!)

Since each ult is tied to a track, just before starting the fight in the next room, wait for a new passage with the ult to start playing and clear the room (because the tracks repeat quite often, it will not be difficult to remember the timing).

Bosses are almost as easy to kill with an ult, as long as they don't regenerate at the start.
Well, this guy, he's just fat and the basic guys are constantly spawning nearby. If you are lucky, then almost every third will drop a heal, and the boss will not be a problem. As I already noted, the method is long, but if you are a person like me who wanted to close the maximum of achievements, then it is quite working.

NOTE: When in FONK ULTA your health can't get changed. That means you can't get healed either. So its better to dodge healing items meanwhile you are in FONK MODE! Credit to Menagerie for this additional helpful note.



(Does not work in all rooms)
When entering the room, when opponents appear, immediately run back through the gate. If you manage to get out, the gate will close and open again. And it will be possible to run around all the cleared rooms, the opponents will run after you, but they will only spawn in the room with which you
performed the trick. Works with Blind Pew and Big Man, not sure about other bosses.

Bosses appear conditionally at the end of an area. After defeating them, you will go to the next level, where there will be more enemies and another boss to defeat.
