Before anything, I must apologize for the delay of Raymond over Louis. This mod was originally published before, but was changed to Digby. This was done to be a surprise for players.

Alright, here's the original description.

Newcomer from Animal Crossing New Horizons, Raymond!

He has facial animation, eye tracking, and blinking.
What?! A character that uses textures for facials has facial animations? Yep!
That being said, if you have your model/textures set to Low, then he won't blink. It's like this to prevent textures overlapping when you move away from Raymond.
