How I swap survivor ( make a mod replace another )

* IMPORTANT : My method is different with guides from famous and proper modder of Source games, and shouldn't be used as a reference to learn modding.
Since there are many guides that help you with this already, i will try to make it fast and simple. You can do it with any survivor mod.
Be mindful when publishing stuffs, and respect original creator.

* Known bug : There will be conflict notification if you use both ( or many ) of them at once , due to sharing same texture . But they can still work perfectly .

@artillery ah yes please, need tutorial for the chara with jigglebones
also i already try once again but still same, online animation works perfectly

but the jigglebone still messed up

and you don't need 3d software for this .

When you decompile that model , it's .qc will have parameters like $weightlist , $jigglebone , $proceduralbones ,... don't touch them .
If you still have problem , i will use another model to demonstrate .

i have question, i folow the tutorial in this video to change this character into zoey

the animation worked, but the jigglebone (like tail, hair and dress) always messed up, do i need a 3d software to fix the problem ?
