Warno Mod Editor
By jonitro
Hi guys!

So I've been working on a little tool to make modding Warno a little more convenient than using the Windows Text Editor. It's called the Warno Mod Editor, or WME for short, and is now available for you to use.

What can WME do?
WME is a GUI tool for creating, editing and managing Warno mods. The main design goal was to put all functionality required for modding in one user interface. You get a project explorer that lets you navigate the directories of your mod, a text editor for editing NDF files and access to the scripts (like Generate and Upload) in the GUI.

But there is more. The text editor includes ndf syntax highlighting, you have additional tools like a global search or a GUID editor and the NDF Language reference.
Where can I get WME?
You can download WME from it's GitHub page[github.com] in the "Releases" section. You can download and run the .exe without any further setup, a Warno installation is however required on your machine to use WME.

Please keep in mind that this is an early build which might still include bugs and I am not responsible for any damage WME causes to your system or your files. I recommend making backups of any existing mods before working on them with WME.

I would highly appreciate any feedback, bug reports or suggestions you have for WME so I can consider them for future versions. Just open an issue on GitHub, or leave me a DM or a comment here.

@SickaSalmon first of all, thank you. Editing workshop mods is not possible though, as you don't have the code files of these mods, only the compiled binaries. If you want to edit them, you'll have to ask the creator to give you the code of the mod

Well geez. This tool is amazing. The operations bit is stellar. Can't figure out how to edit workshop mods though.

Psst- you should make the mod editor change its name in your taskbar to whatever mod folder name is open; also, thank you!

Thank you for the reply. I think it was AVN that said it was a trojan, but it passed the sandbox test so yea. might be false positive. I appreciate you and your work. I am looking forward to learning to mod.

@SickaSalmon I'm sorry to hear that, but thanks for letting me know. Those are false positives and I will get in contact with Antvirus vendors so they can check and validate this. Up until then, I can only recommend you to build or run WME from the source code, which you have access to on GitHub.

It's not coming out clean in Virus total. Would you kindly address the security concerns for potential users?
