Extra Districts - PD compatch

Description
IMPORTANT:
I improved PD compatibility on the ED main mod, so this compatch is not required no longer.
Thank you for subscripting it.

It is a compatibity patch between "Extra Districts" and "Planetary Diversity" (include submods).
Load this patch after these mods.

Features:
- Habitat Districts are available on planetary habitats also.
- Facility districts have more housing and job on arcologies, and on PD arcologies also.
- "Dread District" will be available on PD relic or necro type planets also.

Note:
"Planetary Diversity - Planet View" Is not supported. After-fifth district gridboxes will be cut out (Same as vanilla). And it is NOT compatible with any other planet view mods, this includes UI Overhaul Dynamic.
