1. Get a ♥♥♥♥ ton of hull blocks (a lot of hull blocks part)
2. Find this military repair station or something like that (rng part) (IT NEEDS TO OFFER ,,build/repair'' service)
3. Edit your desired hull (keep in mind it has to be so big they would run out of resources building it)
4. Buy out their service a few times (the money part) (make sure that they are not capable of building your hull on their own I cannot stress that enough - the more you go over their limit the more money you'll get back)
5. Make your crew not build the hull
6. Wait as the station builds your hull
7. When they run out of resources they will send you a comm request for hull blocks - accept it
they will want some hull blocks and they give you money and reputation for it, but guess what - they will use those blocks to build your hull
8. Repeat step 7 over and over
9. Basically free hull and free workforce and some reputation gain
