When a survivor dies, they are permanently kicked from the game.

Defibs and rescues are disabled.

Someone needs to make a addon similar to this but for singleplayer, I'm tired of my bots just dying and then instantly being at full health next level :/

Basicly games with the Perma-Death option enabled in general.

for me if someone dies and everyone else makes it to the end the game crashes

That would happen but a host can't kick themselves through the console so nothing actually happens if the host dies.
