return to pirate

adds in a cannon as a submarine weapon

cannons are incredibly powerful, but must be reloaded after every shot as the loaders are only capable of holding a single round. they can be also loaded with different types of ammunition to better fit different situations and enemies

currently there are 3 ammo types:
    cannonball
    • large, heavy damage projectile
    • capable of collateral damage
    grapeshot wad
    • many small projectiles with a large spread
    • for swarms of smaller enemies
    explosive cannonball
    • large, explosive projectile
    • explodes on impact

cannon ammo can be crafted with iron, steel or scraps of metal (+ fiber for grapeshot), and stored in cannonball specific holding racks or the existing ammo holders

notes
includes a modified Barsuk as a challenge submarine or for experimentation
best of luck to the fearless sailors who choose to brave the open seas in such a fine vessel...

there is currently no menu icon when swapping to a cannon the upgrade menus as it was never really intended, but it is still possible

please let me know of your ideas or any issues!

There's always deep tissue damage.

ay ty both. its mostly because cannonballs wounds are usually far more devastating then being just a bullet hole. calling someones torn limb a "gunshot wound" seemed incorrect to me

Seems quite good. Though, the main cannonball causing laceration is kinda odd
