Balanced around Impurity or late SoTC 3, but your experience may vary. Please, PLEASE comment about any code, mechanical or balance issues, I'm much less sure about this guy compared to Nameless Piercer.

UPDATE 1 (3/15): Purging Blade is now [On Use] to hopefully make it function. Unsure if Detoxify and Hydraulics Failure function.

UPDATE 2 (3/15):
- Swapped some other things on Purging Blade around to hopefully fix something.
- Hopefully fixed Pervading Haze's die effect
- Fixed issue with Damaged Circulation where it gave Smoke the Scene after
- STILL unsure about Detoxify and Hydraulics Failure; any other bugs I'll fix in the morning

FINAL UPDATE (FOR NOW?):
- After some testing, everything works fine!
- Will work on adding more stuff and pages soon.
