CS:GO and its basic console commands (OUTDATED)

(not going to be finished cause CS2 released, these do work on csgo_legacy though)

The basic commands which you can execute using the console with some explanations aswell.

How to open the console
First, you'll have to go into your settings menu. (The gear icon right below CS:GO 360 stats)

After that, you have to select "Keyboard / Mouse" and from below it to the right "UI Keys".

Once you've selected both of them, click on the "Toggle Console" text and press any key to bind it to that certain key which you just pressed.

That's it! Now press the key which you just bound to open the console.

Now you can go onto the next chapter, with the actual commands.
sv_cheats
Theres a few commands which require a specific command to be activated. Only the server host can activate it though.

It is "sv_cheats 1", the default value is 0.

If a command in this guide has an "!" next to it, it means it requires sv_cheats 1.
Viewmodel Commands
cl_righthand (number) - Changes your gun to be held either right-handed or left-handed. Defualt value is 1

viewmodel_fov (number) - Changes the field of view of the weapon you're holding. Default value is 68

viewmodel_offset_x (number) - Move your viewmodel left or right. Default value is 0

viewmodel_offset_y (number) - Move your viewmodel forwards or backwards. Default value is 1

viewmodel_offset_z (number) - Move your viewmodel up or down. Default value is -1

viewmodel_recoil (number) - Makes your viewmodel have recoil. Default value is 1

viewmodel_offset_randomize (number) - ! Makes your viewmodel have a seizure, litteraly. Default value is 0

cl_bob_lower_amt (number) - Makes your viewmodel move a bit downwards and upwards when you're moving. Default value is 21

cl_bobamt_lat (number) - Makes your gun move a bit left and right when you're moving. Default value is 0.4

cl_bobamt_vert (number) - Makes your gun move a bit forwards and backwards when you're moving. Default value is 0.25

cl_bobup (number) - ! Don't know how to explain, the higher the value the laggier the viewmodel movement gets, the lower it is the faster. Default value is 0.5

cl_bobcycle 0.98 - Value can't be changed, i'm pretty sure this also is something similiar to cl_bobup command.

cl_bob_version (number) - Doesn't seem to do anything. Default value is 0

cl_pitchup (number) - ! Controls how much you can look up. Default value is 89

cl_pitchdown (number) - ! Controls how much you can look down. Default value is 89

fov_cs_debug (number) - ! Changes your field of view.

shake_testpunch (x) (y) (z) (f) (a) (d) - ! Shakes your screen. X, Y, Z are the direction, F is frequency, A is amplitude, D is duration.
HUD Commands
cl_hud_background_alpha (number) - Changes the transparency of the HUD backgrounds. Default value is 0.5

cl_hud_bomb_under_radar (number) - Seems to do nothing. Default value is 1

cl_hud_color (number) - Changes your HUD color. Default value is 0

HUD Colors:

0 - Defeault
1 - White
2 - Light Blue
3 - Blue
4 - Purple
5 - Red
6 - Orange
7 - Yellow
8 - Green
9 - Aqua
10 - Pink
11 - Classic

cl_hud_healthammo_style (number) - Changes the health and ammo style. Default value is 0.

Health & Ammo styles:

0 - Default
1 - Simplified

hud_scaling (number) - Changes the size of your HUD. Default value is 0.85

hud_showtargetid (number) - Makes you able to see who the person you are aiming at is. Default value is 1

cl_hud_radar_scale (number) - Changes the size of your radar. Default value is 1

cl_radar_always_centered (number) - Makes the radar centered around you. Default value is 1

cl_radar_rotate (number) - Makes the radar rotate to what the direction you're looking at. Default value is 1

cl_radar_icon_scale_min (number) - Changes the size of icons in the radar. Default value is 0.6

cl_radar_scale (number) - Changes the scale of the map inside the radar. Default value is 0.7

cl_radar_square_with_scoreboard (number) - Changes the minimap to be a square when the scoreboard is open. Default value is 1

cl_draw_only_deathnotices (number) - Hides every part of the hud except the killfeed.
Crosshair Commands
cl_crosshair_drawoutline (number) - Makes an outline on your crosshair. Default value is 1

cl_crosshair_outlinethickness (number) - Changes the thickness of the crosshair outline. Default value is 1

cl_crosshairgap (number) - Changes the gap of your crosshair. Default value is 1

cl_crosshairsize (number) - Changes the size of your crosshair. Default value is 1

cl_crosshair_friendly_warning (number) - Adds a warning near your crosshair when aiming at a friendly teammate. Default value is 1

crosshair (number) - Enables the crosshair. Default value is 1

cl_crosshair_recoil (number) - Enables your crosshair to move with your recoil. Default value is 0

cl_crosshair_sniper_width (number) - Changes the width of the sniper crosshair when zoomed in. Default value is 1

cl_crosshair_sniper_show_normal_inaccuracy (number) - Makes the sniper crosshair blurry. Default value is 0

cl_crosshair_t (number) - Changes your crosshair into a T-shape. Default value is 0

cl_crosshair_dynamic_splitdist (number) - Changes the gap of your crosshair when moving. Only works with dynamic crosshairs.. Default value is 7

cl_crosshairdot (number) - Enables the crosshair dot. Default value is 1

cl_crosshaircolor_r (number) - Changes the color of your crosshair in the red channel. RGB color code.

cl_crosshaircolor_g (number) - Changes the color of your crosshair in the green channel. RGB color code.

cl_crosshaircolor_b (number) - Changes the color of your crosshair in the blue channel. RGB color code.

cl_crosshaircolor (number) - Changed the color of your crosshair from preset colors. Default value is 1

Crosshair Colors:

4 - Light Blue

5 - Darker Blue

cl_crosshairstyle (number) - Changes the style of your crosshair. Default value is 2

mp_hostages_take_damage (number) - Makes hostages take damage. Default value is 0

hostage_debug (number) - ! Makes hostages be able to be rescued by Terrorists. Teleports them to your feet too if you're rescuing them as a terrorist. Default value is 0

mp_only_cts_rescue_hostages (number) - Enables only Counter-Terrorists to rescue hostages. If value is 0, lets Terrorists too (works better than the last command :]). Default value is 1
Impulse Commands
impulse 100 - Inspects your weapon.

impulse 101 - ! Gives you maximum cash.

impulse 102 - ! Used to test gibs in Half-Life: Source, works in this game too though. Spawns skulls.

impulse 106 - ! Prints the target name, class name and model of the entity you're looking at.

impulse 107 - ! Prints the material name to the console of the brush you're looking at.

impulse 200 - ! Plays the weapon equip animation.

impulse 203 - ! Removes the entity you're aiming at. Same as ent_remove.
Friendly Fire Commands
mp_friendlyfire (number) - Toggles friendly fire. Default value depends on gamemode

ff_damage_reduction_bullets (value) - Controls how much damage friendly bullets do against friendly players. Default value depends on gamemode

ff_damage_reduction_grenade (value) - Controls how much damage friendly grenades do against friendly players. Default value depends on gamemode

ff_damage_reduction_grenade_self (value) - Controls how much damage your own grenades do against yourself. Default value depends on gamemode

ff_damage_reduction_other (value) - Controls how much damage friendly knife attacks do against friendly players. Default value depends on gamemode
Physics Commands
cl_ragdoll_gravity (number) - ! Changes the gravity of ragdolls. Default value is 600

sv_gravity (number) - Changes the gravity. Default value is 800

phys_show_active (number) - ! Highlights entities that have active physics. Default value is 0

cl_phys_timescale (number) - Changes the speed of clientside physics. Default value is 1

cl_phys_show_active (number) - ! Shows active clientside physics entites. Default value is 0
