however, I kept subscribing and unsubscribing, copying and pasting, until I noticed that even after subscribing the 'great war' folder in the place it is downloading wasn't showing up before but it showed up during the retries
followed instructions again and it worked out great, very nice campaign, thx a lot

Do you experience crash or any errors??
The only lack in the base game for this is early bombers. There were bombers in WW1, albeit limited in range and bomb load. Ideally the game would have those, and they could be used tactically in battles to bomb the enemy forces.
Might be better if it started at enlightenment age and didn't get to modern age - in WW1, initially, there were still cavalry on horses, and tanks etc. were in their infancy. Modern age stuff is mostly WW2 era.
