Introduction
THIS is The Car Enthusiast's Guide to Steam Badges and it showcases the very best car related Steam badges. It was created to help Steam users find car related badges, which will help them decorate their Steam profiles. The criteria for showcased badges was mostly how good they resemble real life cars and also just the overall coolness of the badge. Note that the criteria for badges featured here is only the badge's look and not on badge's rewards (backgrounds, emoticons, cards etc.). Badges in the guide will be listed alphabetically based on theirs game name. As you will se many of this badges are from some ♥♥♥♥ games and I suspect that the developers made those games just for the badges and their rewards.
art of rally
Art of rally's badges focus on rally cars. And they consist of 6 cars that represent all the rally groups that you can play in art of rally.

group 2 = Alpine A110
group 3 = Ferrari 308 GTB (Yes somebody really transformed this classic sports car and raced in rally...)
group 4 = BMW M1
group b = Renault 5 Turbo
group s = Toyota MR2 222D

Foil Badge

Group a = Subaru Impreza WRC (based on the 1st generation of the Impreza)
This foil badge is in my opinion the best badge in this whole guide.
Bloody Rally Show
Bloody Rally Show features five different badges that are based on rally cars. The foil badge is not featured here since it's kinda boring. Now this badges are in my opinion really hard to identify and I am not sure which cars they represeant, please let me know in the comments if you have an idea.

Rookie = Lancia Delta Integrale Evo 2
Semi pro = Volkswagen Polo R WRC
Pro = ??
Master = ??
Legend = ??
CrashMetal - Cyberpunk
CrashMetal - Cyberpunk's badges are the first of many JDM themed badges featured in this guide. Allthough the badges look a little bit goofy I still think that they are nice.

CrashMetal 🤍 = Nissan 180SX
CrashMetal 💜 = Nissan Silvia S15
CrashMetal 💙 = Toyota Chaser JZX100
CrashMetal 💛 = Nissan 180SX
CrashMetal 💗 = Nissan Silvia S13 (with a modded spoiler)

Foil Badge

Allthough it does not feature a car I still decided to include this badge since it is really shows some love to the JDM community.
Drift Horizon Online
Drift Horizon Online features five grey JDM cars in front of the red sun. I also belive this badges were inspired by the anime Initial D.

JDM 1 = Nissan Skyline GT-R R32
JDM 2 = Nissan Skyline GT-R R34
JDM 3 = Mazda RX-7 FD
JDM 4 = Toyota Supra MK4
JDM 5 = Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86 (the first of many on this guide lol)

Foil Badge

Now the foil badge again does not feature a car, but it is just way to cool to not showcase it here. It portrays a wave, Japan style.
Drift Streets Japan
Not much to say about Drift Streets Japan' badges other that they feature some nice JDM logos and a turbo.

Drift86
Drift86 is obviously based on the anime Initial D and it's badges definitely reflect that. Most of the badges are also cars that have a crucial part in the anime. All of the badges names are the names of mountain passes, that street races race on, but what is funny that the same names were used for Japan's battleships in the first half of 20th century, since they used to name Battleships after mountains or mountain reagions.

Akagi = Mazda RX-7 FD
Myōgi = Nissan Skyline GT-R R 32
Ibaraki = Nissan Skyline GT-R R 34
Kanagawa = Toyota Supra MK4
Haruna = Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86

Foil Badge

Now the foil badge again features Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86, but this time it is doing an agressive drift. I suspect that the name of the badge, Drift King, is a nod to Keiichi Tsuchiya since he was the ˝first˝ DK and he started his carrer driving the AE86.
Gas Guzzlers: Combat Carnage
Gas Guzzlers: Combat Carnage has some good badges that showcase a variety of cars. The foil badge is not showcased here, since again it is boring. Also this badge gave me some trouble on figuring out which cars are on them.

Grease monkey = A heavily modifeid 2007 Fiat 500
Windscreen washer = Renault 4 (also known as Katra in the Balkan region)
Limo driver = ??
Car tuner = Plymouth GTX
Car dealer = ??
Initial Drift Online
Initial Drift Online is our third and last entry in this guide that was inspired by Initial D. Initial Drift Online's badges are in my opinion one of the best in this list, since they are of great quality and you can see the whole car on them. They feature cars from the first season of Initial D.

FF Driver = Honda Civic EG6 or EG5 (now in the anime it is said that it is an EG6, but based on the rear lights it is EG5)
Grip Driver = Nissan Skyline GT-R R32
Uphill Driver = Mazda RX-7 FD
Strategic Driver = Mazda RX-7 FC
Tofu Delivery Boy = Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86

Foil Badge

The foil badge is not really car related more anime related. It features the sign of Fujiwara's Tofu shop.
JDM Tuner Racing
JDM Tuner Racing's badges represent just some really cool car parts.

Foil badge

Karting
Karting's badges don't feature any cars, but they are just simply cool and should be not ignored by the car enthusiast badge collectors. They feature different racing equipment.

Foil Badge

On the other hand the foil badge does feature a car and it's a Nissan Skyline GT-R R34. Truely a dream car...
Little Racers STREET
Little Racers STREET's badges feature a variety of cars, mostly Italian. They are not the most real looking badges, but still they are cool. And it's great to see European cars on this list, since most of the badges on Steam are JDM based.

Panzer = Volkswagen Beetle
Peace 65 = Volkswagen Type 2 (also know as the Bus)
Kappa = Lancia delta integrale evo 1
Flink-R = Audi R8 Type 42 (1st generation)
Velocci VXL = Ferrari F40

Foil Badge

Fetuccini Valiente meaning brave pasta features a Lamborghini Gallardo.

Music Racer
Now Music Racer does not have great badges in general, but it's level 5 badge is to cool to not be included here. It features Lamborghini LP500 S paint in the retro Miami style.

Need for Speed™ Most Wanted
Need for Speed™ Most Wanted's badges are the first and sadly only Need for Speed game badges featured here. And they feature some top of the line hypercars, which is rare to see on Steam badges.

Novice = Alfa Rome 4C
Cruiser = Koenigsegg Agera
Troublemaker = Lamborghini Aventador (probably LP 700-4)
Trailblazer = Buggati Veyron
Adrenaline Junkie = Lexus LFA

Foil Badge

The foil badge features two cars racing. It is hard to say which one are they, but I think they are Porsche 911 911 series and Aston Martin V8 Vantage.

Project CARS 3
Project CARS 3's badges feature some true track weapons, except from the Buggati Chiron. I really like this set of badges, since they are really realistic. Unfortunately level 5 and foil badge are boring so they are not included here.

Rookie Driver = Renault Megan RS Trophy
Road Warrior = Mercedes-Benz AMG GT Black Series
Hypercar Beast = Bugatti Chiron (in the same colors as the famous burned Bugatti lol)
GT Driver = Chevrolet Corvette C7.R GTE

Racer 8
I really want to feature only one badge from Racer 8 and that is the level 4 badge, since it appers that it represents a BMW look-alike logo.

Razortron 2000
The only note worthy badge from Razortron 2000 is the foil badge and it is featured here for all of you DeLorean and Back to the Future fans. It features a DMC DeLorean.

Shakedown Racing One
Shakedown Racing One's badges may very well be the most interesting badges on this list. Allthough the normal badges are basically all the same I belive that this badges will be the most desirable among collectos. Now I don't really know what happend with this game, but it appers it was removed from the Steam store. Fourtunetly Steam cards are still tradable and marktable, but they are very rare compared to other cards. Level 1 through 5 badges all feature a Toyota GR86.

Foil badge

This is where things get really crazy...Foil cards for these badge are extremely rare and their prices are insane (even up to 45 €). If somebody has any of these foil cards laying around and are willing to sell them for a more reasonable price please let me know down in the comments. Foil badge features a Lamborghini Huracan (most likey the LP 610-4 Coupe variant).

EDIT (August 2024): THe prices for this badge have more or less normalised. The most expensive foil card starts at around 13 € but others are around 1-3 € mark, still expensive but much more obtainable.
Star Drift Evolution
Star Drift Evolution again has a great set of badges that feature all kinds of cars.

Rookie = Fiat 131 Abarth
Street Racer = ??
Tofu Deliverer = Toyota Sprinter Trueno AE86
Horizon Chaser = Nissan Skyline GT-R R34
Star Hunter = Ferrari F40

Foil Badge

The foil badge featuers a Chevrolet Camaro with a massive hood intake.
Final words
To sum it up, I hope this guide helped all the people who were like me, searching for cool car themed badges on Steam. I know I made mistakes during the making of this guide so I would be very happy to hear you corrections down in the comments below. Also if you know the names of the cars that I could not figure out please let me know.

Disclaimer: If you find any new car themed badges that you think should be featured here, please let me know and maybe I will add them.

Thanks for the observation. I think you are definitely right about the lvl 3 and lvl 4 badge. The lvl 1 badge just confuses me. Anyway I have changed the description of the badges. :jdm:
