Things to Remember While Chasing 100%
By TyrantYuuki
An easily followable guide to help you not miss out on 100% achievements. This is not intended to replace a 100% guide or a complete walkthrough. This will however prevent the player from missing something that they cannot backtrack for later. There will be an attempt to put minimum spoilers for those who do not wish to ruin their story.

Purpose
This guide is meant to help the player not miss some of the easily missable achievements. I am not the original creator of the game nor do i claim to be the first person to have found or distributed this information.

If it isn't listed, it isn't permanently missable. Enjoy Rhapsody a Musical Adventure. It's great.
Starting the Journey
Unlike most older RPG's, Rhapsody actually has a difficulty setting. This must be changed on the title screen before starting the game. Once a game is started this cannot be changed and it defaults to normal. A few of the achievements require the game to be in Hard difficulty and the guide will assume that you are.

Something to remember for the entire journey. If Cornet is given the option to sing or play her horn, always answer yes.
Before the Beauty Competition
A very short time/distance into the game there will be a beauty competition. We need to make sure we have done a few things before doing this. Here is a short checklist.
  • Have Cornet afflicted by the Philanthropy ailment (Wonder Woods Cave: Elinger (mushroom looking enemy, must be at least level 3 and it is rare at this level). The ailment must successfully hit her for it to count (this is the easiest and one of the only opportunities, do not miss it because there is only one more chance at the Worm Heart Boss).
  • Join the Prince's Fan Club and read/check your mailbox in Orange Village regularly from now on
  • Collect L-Kun and agree to use it as your dress in the contest.
  • Have no ally knocked out before reaching the competition

Proof that they do exist at level 3.
A Special Pupp(y)et
Missable Puppet: Koro
As soon as you are given access to BlueCat, return to Orange Village, find and speak to Albert. After speaking to Albert go to the Church and talk to the small grave before the grave yard to receive Koro.
Tower of Ninetail
Make sure this is one of the first stones you do.

After your first visit, make sure that you do not return to and enter the tower without Gilbert! If you do, you will miss a song with an attached achievement. Return to Gilbert after saving Albert, Albert will run away. Follow Albert and talk to him again, he will be outside. Then return to Gilbert and he will offer to take you up the mountain. If you do this without Gilbert there will be consequences.

After Completing the Tower, return to Alfred in Orange Village. This will involve a short quest and must be done before advancing or risk losing the opportunity to complete Koro's quest.
The "Ship"
While Cornet is seeking out certain stones it will involve visiting a certain "Ship." This "Ship" will only be visited once and the player needs to make sure to have gotten a certain thing before leaving.

An"e"ther World
Make sure to bring the armor triplets (Duke, Chiba, and Albatross) for the boss of this dungeon. This is required to complete their quest.
Monsters? Do I need them?
In short... No. There is only one monster you need to catch and that is done by having Cornet land the final hit with her horn. You cannot increase chances of success/capture.

So what monster should I catch? Golem. It is the only way you will gain access to Omega Earth. It can be found, rarely, inside Tower of Wisdom. I had greater success on the upper floors.
Random Helpful Information
Singing Chests are counted as open after Cornet has allowed them to sing.

Not all of the Singing Chests are "chests". There are 4 in total.

The "Ship" cannot be returned to and everything must be done on the first and only trip.

While playing the game, make sure that Cornet equips each accessory at least once. There are 16 in total. No accessory is missable permanently.

Find and have Cornet afflicted by the other 6 ailments (Poison, Sleep, Paralyze, Turtle, Confuse, Petrify).

At any point in the game, return to Mother Green and buy the "GeniusCap" from the store.

At any point in the game, complete 50 battles in a row without escaping.

At any point in the game, have in your possession 100k money.

Any collection achievement or counting achievement must be done in a single save file.

There is no New Game +, NG+, or even free roam after the final boss. Once you beat it, that's it. So if you forgot to do something, save before the fight so that you can go back and finish the things you missed.
Conclusion
I believe I have covered every completely missable aspect in the achievements. Some of the unmentioned things are missable but they can be returned for later. If I missed anything please let me know, but I don't believe that to be the case. I will leave comments open for a week or so for changes.
