Mega Man Recreator Addon

Description
A simple mod which adds a new replicator addon that combines the Reconstructor Addon and Creator Addon from Reconstructor Addon mod and Mega Man: Star Struck mod respectively.

Originally I wanted to just patch the Reconstructor Addon to include Creator Addon recipes but that started seeming impossible the longer I tried. If anyonw knows if this is actually possible please do let me know!
