Objectives:
Collect all parts.
Eat all treats.
Meow at bird.
Break stuff.
Poop in the litter box.

After all objectives are complete, you can press Q at the table to finish the game.

It might have something to do with framerate or window/fullscreen mode.
Try some different settings and go straight for the feather from the start.
If nothing works, try posting in the discussions, good luck!

Thanks for the guide, the stick/mast despawned when I broke the vase so I was searching for a mast for a while without knowing.
