ABOUT THE MOD

AB Urbe Condita is a standalone/independent sub-mod for DEI that adds a new reform for Rome in the Rise of the Republic campaign.

📜LIST OF CHANGES:
  • Manipular reforms for Rome
  • New 2-handed axemen for Etruscans
  • 20 new unique generals for Etruscans different from Italian ones

💡REFORMS:

Research purple technology
Requirements for Manipular reforms: Turn 60 & 10 battles fought vs the Samnites. Otherwise reform automatically takes place after turn 120.
Ai gets these reforms at turn 100

⚔️EARLY ROMAN ROSTER OVERVIEW:

At this time, the Roman military was poorly organized and lacked professional troops. They borrowed the Greek style of warfare from their neighbors. According to Livy, the army was made up from people coming from 7 classes which were organised by 5th roman king as Servian reforms. This is the basis for their early roster division.

Please note this is a beta and will be continually worked on.

Thank you. Rise of the Republic is the second hardest campaign for DEI (!st being Cesar in Gaul those winters are hell). Its nice to see an update for this DLC on DEI. u have added so much to an already hard but fun campaign.I play with 30 army stacks Aggressive AI mod no border marks or predictions and like using Greece (Taurus) for maximum difficulty for the curious

Is this done on purpose so that besieged Rome has no walls and looks like a port?
