you get reserve ammo for the gun you kill something with

i don't like needing to spawn ammo and i don't like infinite ammo either so i came up with this
don't really know lua so I told chat gpt to make it and it basically worked straight away

Changes I made:
- you get 1 magazine worth of rounds per kill
- stop getting ammo if you have more than 6 spare mags - so you dont have a crazy amount after killing a bunch of npcs
- if a gun spawns with no ammo you can type "kill_mag_give" in console to get some - "bind <key> kill_mag_give" if you want
- created these convars so you can customize it:

kill_mag_multiplier <number> (default: 1)
- change the number of mags you get. example 2 = two mags, 0.5 = half a mag

kill_mag_limit <number> (default: 6)
- only get ammo if you have less than ___ spare mags

kill_mag_give_multiplier <number> (default: 4)
- change the number of mags you get when using "kill_mag_give" command
