Ark Nova with Marine Worlds expansion (scripted)

This is a major fork of the excellent Ark Nova Complete mod. Contains lots of new features and bug fixes and is still being actively developed. Has full, scripted support for Marine Worlds expansion, including wave cards, marking, and new universities.

Some new features:
- almost all activity is printed in the chat log, including cards, conservation projects, appeal, money, etc
- there are buttons for donating, scoring, and moving every possible token
- if you prefer, you can move tokens by hand and the effect will still go into the chat log
- we don't let you accidentally move other people's tokens (a common problem!)
- you can pick maps before or after dealing cards
- turn order can be left-to-right or right-to-left
- discard pile and be face-up or face-down
- many cards (like ornithologist) now have buttons to collect rewards
- end-of-turn and end-of-round reports
- end-of-game alert
- improved money counters (with dollars, euros, or kronor)
- starting appeal of each player is automatically adjusted
