Description
Edits two diplomatic actions to require a neighbour. No more shopping sprees across the galaxy without shared borders.

possible to make it to so if my vassal shares a border I can still propose subjugation?

@anyday308 The mod only changes when peaceful subjugation obtions can be proposed (iE neighbour required), so it will not break saves and can be toggled on/off at will.
