Though if you really want to know about these new castle designs yourself, you could do what I did and download the "AI Village Editor" from one of the fansites (I forget where I found it, so you may have to do some searching if you want it). Some use it to mod the game to change the castle designs, but I was only interested in seeing the original unmodified game files (names like "Rat1" or "Wolf8" etc.), allowing me to see everything without any interference from actually playing the game.
If you'd like to put in the effort to make an updated guide yourself, go right ahead. After all, the main reason why I made this guide is because I was surprised that no one else in over twenty years had ever thought of creating a guide like this.
