Mechanics on recruitment add such flavour to campaigns and the armies you see, it's a shame to not have them in multiplayer campaigns.
Recruitment mechanic in 1212AD is population, but does not work on multiplayer.
DEI recruitment mechanic is also population, but this does work fine on multiplayer.
1100AD recruitment mechanic is equipment, but does not work on multiplayer?
