I just got the achievement on the Hill & Dale map, which only needs three biomes (plus river), so we can ignore the rocky scrublands in our targeted area. The biomes and animals on this map also have no real dependency on temperature or humidity.
1. You need a wetland and a big forest with just a touch of fynbos connecting the two. These should all be bordering the same river.
2. The forest needs to have multiple rivers running through it. I recommend having the rivers meet at a T/X junction inside the forest , and builds lots of animal bridges.
3. Build the Animal Observatory to forcibly migrate any missing animals.
The Bears, Deer, and Wolves will probably overlap themselves naturally since they all like to take up fairly large areas near forested rivers. Same for Beavers
The geese happy take up a huge area around their wetland, and the frogs are happy as long as that wetland borders the fynbos.
