Dany will be the first ruler you begin with.

So beginning the game will unlock her.

Play Dany as ruler.

Tyrion will unlock when Dany dies. (And she will.)

Play Dany as ruler.

Jon will appear sooner or later and have a lovely chat then he is available to play.

Play Tyrion as ruler.

Sansa will appear and ask to buy Wildfire. Sell it to her, Sansa will cause mayhem, then become available to play.

Play Tyrion as ruler.

You will need to hire the charming pirate Tirius Hunt to capture Cersei.


Lord Varys will introduce you to him.


Pay the price for his service.


Varys will inform you of her capture.

The Lord Varys will demand she be brought to trial. Say yes. The during the trial Cersei will unlock, not matter the card decisions made (shame, SHAME!!).

Choose Cersei to rule.


Sooner or later Tyrion will show up with Jaime.

Jaime will beg to go mining. Cersei being Cersei will want to bargain.


Make Jaime form an alliance. Pick him from the 4 choices given.


He will swear his incestuous allegiance and his card will unlock.

Play Tyrion as ruler..


Lord Varys will approach you with news of an assassination. Pick "Show them to me"


Of the four pick Stefon Redfort. Pick "You!"


Stefon will reveal himself to be Arya Stark. This will unlock her.

Play Arya as the ruler.


The blacksmith will approach.


Call his disguise out, but be careful not to scare him away. Say "Hot Pie sends his regards."


Gendry will be unlocked.

The three eyed crow will unlock after playing (and dying) with all the other characters.

And will also unlock "The Collector" achievement.
